After our initial free phone consultation, you can decide what type of services you would like to purchase. I will email you an invoice, which you can pay by credit or debit card on the secure Pay Pal website (simple instructions are included on the invoice). Then we can begin our work together.
If you are unsatisfied or feel finished with my services for any reason, you are free to end our work at any time, either by talking to me about it, or by sending a short email informing me of your decision.
Monthly Email Support
The monthly fee for email support does not change based on the number of emails sent and received. Some clients will email almost daily, others may only exchange emails with me once a week- the flat fee is the same. I return emails within about 24 hours during the week, and within 48 hours on the weekends or holidays. If I will be out of town or otherwise less available during a certain month, I will let you know.
If you paid for a month of email support, but terminate our work mid-month, you will receive a partial, prorated refund. The termination date is the date marked on the email you send to me informing me of your decision to end services.
Phone Call Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No-Show Policies
Through email, we schedule all phone sessions in advance (with the exception of the New Baby Plan– see below). Because I need to arrange my own childcare for our consultations, it is important that you inform me of any changes. If you know that you will not be able to talk at our appointed time, you are asked to email me at least 24 hours in advance. With this 24 hour notice, you can reschedule the session at no additional cost, or you can cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours email notice, or do not “show” for our session (i.e. don’t answer the phone, cancel in the moment, or get off the phone earlier than planned), your money can not be refunded for that session, and you will need to pay the regular fee to arrange a future consultation.
If I need to cancel a scheduled session, I will give you 24 hours notice through email, and will offer you the option to reschedule or cancel (cancellations will receive a full refund).
New Baby Plan
If you are a mom with a newborn or very young baby, I offer the New Baby Plan. If you choose this service, I will call you twice a week at your preferred times, and if you can not answer the phone at that time, can only speak for a few minutes, or if we talk for a whole hour, there will be no change in the cost for you. Unlimited emails are also included in this plan. Your weekly fee will be paid in advance through a Pay Pal invoice as detailed at the beginning of this form. Due to the highly flexible nature of this service, no refunds are available for this plan.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
